The Knowledge Base: he learns from what actually worked
Approvals, redo notes and live results all feed one knowledge base per brand, which the Alchemist reads before every new batch.

Most tools forget everything the moment a post is published. The Alchemist keeps a Knowledge Base for each of your brands, and it gets better the more you use him.
What goes in
- Facts from your site: events, roadmap items and news you ticked during setup, each with the line it came from.
- Things you tell him: add an entry any time, like "never mention competitors" or "our summer sale starts June 1". You can pin entries so they always win.
- Lessons he learns: from what you approve, what you decline and why, what you send back for a redo, and what you actually post.
The Alchemist studies those signals regularly and writes short, specific lessons, each saying what it's based on. Before he writes your next batch, he reads the Knowledge Base, so a note you gave once keeps working.
Posted, tracked, learned
Every post has a "Posted to" row with a box for each platform. Tick where it went out. Then add the live link and the numbers from the app's insights: views, likes, comments, shares, saves and link clicks.
Or ask the Alchemist to check. He opens the public post page and keeps only the numbers the page itself shows. Some platforms, like LinkedIn and YouTube, show them to everyone. Others, like Instagram, TikTok and X, only show them to signed-in visitors. When he can't see them, he tells you so and you add them yourself. He never guesses a number.
Results are the strongest signal there is. A post that got shared ten times teaches him more than any setting you could fill in.
Review my top posts
When you have a few results, press Review my top posts. The Alchemist compares your best posts with your weakest, and you can paste links to posts you made outside the app too. He works out what the winners have in common, citing which posts each pattern is based on, and suggests campaigns that repeat it. Each idea has a Start button. If a lesson rings true, one click teaches it to the Knowledge Base.
It stays yours
Every entry can be read, edited, pinned or archived. Lessons he learns never overwrite the ones you wrote yourself.
