Terms of Service
The agreement for using Fullmedia Alchemist, including the permission you give us to read and use your brand material. Last updated 25 October 2026.
These Terms are the agreement between you and Fullmedia Alchemist (“we”, “us”) for using fullmediaalchemist.com, the app at /dashboard/, Alchemist Reach at /reach/ and the free preview on our homepage (together, “the Service”). By ticking the box, signing in or using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for a company or a client, you confirm you can agree for them too. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Fullmedia Alchemist is an AI tool. You point it at a brand: a website, a logo, a mascot or character, photos and notes. It reads that material and writes and designs social posts for you (captions, hashtags and images). You review the posts and publish them yourself. The Service does not post to your social accounts for you.
2. Your brand material, and the permission you give us
“Brand material” means everything you give the Service or point it at: website addresses, the pages behind them, brand names, logos, mascots and characters, colours, typefaces, photos, images, videos, text, social profile links and anything you upload or type.
You promise that you own the brand material, or that you have the permission of whoever owns it, to let us use it as described in these Terms. Do not add a brand, website, logo, mascot or image that you are not allowed to use.
You give us permission (a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence) to do the following with your brand material, only to provide the Service to you and the people you share it with:
- visit and read the public web pages you submit, using our automated reader (our “crawler”), and collect the brand name, text, logo, colours, typefaces, images, mascot or character, social links and other details on them;
- store it, and copy, resize, crop and reformat it;
- send it to our AI providers to write captions and to create new images, including new images of your mascot or character in new poses and scenes;
- combine it into posts, carousels and other content, and show that content to you and to anyone you send a review link to;
- screen your text and the content made for you for safety, as set out in section 9.
This permission ends when you delete the brand material or your account, except for copies in routine backups (deleted on our normal backup cycle), safety and security records described in section 9, and anything we must keep by law.
We don’t claim ownership of your brand material, and we won’t use your brand, logo or mascot in our own marketing without asking you first.
Our crawler only reads pages that are public. It does not sign in, get past paywalls or read private pages. It only visits pages you ask it to.
3. The free preview on our homepage
When you paste a website into “Try it on your site” and tick the box, you confirm that you own that brand or may use its name, logo and website content, and you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We read that one public page and send its text to our AI provider to draft one sample post. The sample is kept for up to 7 days, so the same page isn’t read twice. We record that you agreed, using a coded visitor ID that changes every day, never your IP address. The preview is rate-limited and may be switched off at any time.
4. Content the Service makes
As between you and us, the posts, captions and images made for you are yours to use, as far as the law allows. AI can be wrong. It can misread a page, get a detail wrong, or make an image that looks like someone else’s work. Check every post before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish, including whether it is accurate, lawful and follows each platform’s rules.
Because of how AI works, similar content may be made for other users, and we can’t promise that content is unique.
5. Brands you don’t own, and complaints
If you are an agency or freelancer, you need your client’s permission before you add their brand. If you believe someone has added your brand, logo, mascot or other material without permission, email brad@unitedpress.media with the brand and what you want removed. We will look into it promptly and remove material that was added without permission.
6. Your account
You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with your Google account. Keep access to that email or Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us a real, working email address that you control. We may ask you to confirm it before you can create content.
- One person or business may hold one free account. Do not open several accounts, use temporary or disposable email addresses, or use another person’s details to get extra free credits or to get around a limit.
- Do not share your sign-in, sell or rent access to your account, or let a bot or script use it, unless we have agreed in writing.
On plans with client approval links, anyone who has a link can see and respond to the posts it covers until it expires or you switch it off, so only share it with the right people.
7. Plans, credits, limits and payment
Plans, prices, credits and limits are shown on our pricing section and in the app. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. You can cancel in the app at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law says otherwise, or where we charged you by mistake, payments are not refunded. Credits are used as shown before you create anything; credits for images that fail are returned automatically. Credits have no cash value and unused monthly credits do not roll over. If we change prices, we will tell you before your next renewal.
Limits are enforced by software and apply to everyone. They include the monthly credits in your plan, a short-term limit on how much can be made in any 6-hour window, a lower daily limit and a platform-wide daily capacity on the Free plan, caps on how many times a single post can be redone, and request-rate limits on the assistant and on link reading. We may change these limits, and we may pause or slow the Service for everyone, or for a single account, to protect it from abuse or overload. If you hit a limit, the app tells you which one.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to:
- pretend to be a person or business you don’t represent, or make content meant to mislead people about who made it or what is true;
- make content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights, including their copyright, trademark, privacy or likeness;
- make or request sexual or explicit content, nudity, or anything that sexualises or endangers a child. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities and close the account;
- make content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, graphically violent, or that promotes terrorism, extremism, self-harm or eating disorders;
- promote or sell illegal goods and services (including illegal drugs, stolen data, counterfeit documents or money, or unlicensed weapons), or run scams, phishing, or deceptive “get rich quick” schemes;
- spread malware, or try to hack, probe or disrupt the Service or anyone else’s systems;
- break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the Service, including by using scripts, several free accounts, disposable email addresses, or by sharing one account between many people;
- try to make our AI or crawler do anything other than its job, including attempts to override its instructions, extract its prompts or settings, or read private systems;
- resell or white-label the Service, or use its output to build a competing AI model, without our written agreement.
Alchemist produces work-safe marketing content for brands. Anything we judge not to be work-safe may be blocked or removed, even if it is not illegal.
9. How we keep the Service safe
To keep the Service work-safe and secure, we use automated checks, and sometimes human review, on the text you submit (such as notes, requests, briefs, feedback and chat messages), on the web pages the crawler reads, and on the content made for you. If a request is blocked, the app says so, and the request does not use your credits. We keep a record of blocked requests (the category, a short excerpt, your account and the time) and of sign-ups, usage and security events, so that we can investigate abuse, protect other users and meet legal duties. We keep these records only as long as we need to for those purposes.
These checks are not perfect. They can miss things and can sometimes block something that is fine. If you think a block was a mistake, email brad@unitedpress.media and we will review it.
10. What we may do if the rules are broken
If we think you, or content you submitted, broke these Terms, we may, with or without notice: block the request; remove content; limit or pause your account; suspend or close it; and refuse to open a new one. We may also pass information to the authorities or to affected rights holders where the law allows or requires. If we close your account for breaking these Terms, we won’t refund unused credits or fees. If we pause your account by mistake, we will restore it as soon as we confirm that.
11. Reporting problems and security
To report content, abuse or a security problem, email brad@unitedpress.media. If you find a security weakness, please tell us and give us reasonable time to fix it before you share it. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt the Service or test it at scale. Good-faith reports made this way will not be treated as a breach of these Terms.
12. Emails
We send emails you need to use the Service (sign-in links, billing, security notices) and helpful reminders, such as a post being due. Every reminder email has a link to stop them.
13. Changes and availability
We keep improving the Service and may change or remove features. We aim to keep it running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email, and ask you to agree again.
14. Responsibility
The Service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of brand material you added without permission, content you published, or your breach of section 8.
15. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account at brad@unitedpress.media. Sections 2 (for backups), 4, 5, 9, 10, 14 and 16 continue after your account ends.
16. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where the company that runs Fullmedia Alchemist is registered. If something goes wrong, email brad@unitedpress.media first; most things can be fixed that way.
