What Fullmedia Alchemist collects, why, who helps us, and your choices. Last updated 10 October 2026.
This explains what Fullmedia Alchemist (“we”) collects, why, who helps us, and the choices you have. Questions: brad@unitedpress.media.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, when you signed up and signed in, and when you agreed to our Terms.
- Your brands: the brand material you add or point us at (website pages, names, logos, mascots, colours, typefaces, photos, notes and social links), and the posts, campaigns, results and links you create or record.
- Billing: your plan and payment status. Stripe handles card details; we never see your full card number.
- Use of the app: credits used, which steps of setup you have reached, and problem reports you send us.
- The free preview: the address you paste, the public page we read, the sample post (kept up to 7 days), and a record that you agreed to the Terms. To limit abuse we count previews against a coded visitor ID made from your connection and a key that changes every day. We do not store your IP address.
Why we use it
- To run the Service: read your brand, write and design posts, show them to you and to people you send review links to.
- To bill you and enforce plan limits.
- To send sign-in links, billing emails and reminders (you can stop reminders with the link in each one).
- To keep the Service safe and working, and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your brand material to advertise other people’s products.
Who helps us
We use these service providers, who only process your information to provide their service to us:
- Supabase: database, sign-in, file storage and server functions.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
- Anthropic (Claude): reading pages and writing posts.
- OpenAI: creating images, such as new scenes of your mascot.
- Stripe: payments.
- Resend: sending emails.
- Google Fonts: typefaces on our pages and in the preview.
These providers may process information in other countries, including the United States.
Cookies and browser storage
We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The app keeps your sign-in session and a few settings (such as light or dark mode) in your browser’s storage so it works properly. Our homepage counts visits and sign-ups for each page design without identifying you. Across our public pages we also count visits, the page, the site or link that sent you, and whether you are on a phone or computer. This uses a random number kept only in your browser tab, with no cookies, no IP address stored and no third-party tracker, and it is skipped if your browser sends Do Not Track.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and brand material while your account is open. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it from the live service, and from backups on their normal cycle, unless the law requires us to keep something (for example billing records). Free preview samples are kept up to 7 days.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change most of your information in the app. Email brad@unitedpress.media to get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights, such as objecting to some uses or complaining to your local data protection authority.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and limits on what each part of the Service can do. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at brad@unitedpress.media if you spot a problem.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email.
